Basic Rules to follow

• Speed limit 5mph

• No dispensing of any type of oils or anti-freeze.

• No parts, trash, tires, or air-filters left behind.

• Only park on your designated area.

• No Honking.

• No Concrete Chipping.

• No liquid left behind after servicing trucks.

• User’s are responsible for the cleanliness of their desire mechanic.

• No alcohol or drug use.

• Pets must always be kept on a leash and owner must pickup after waste.

• Driver and users are allowed only 2 warnings before removal unless worst behavior.

• Upon Security discretion, Security has the right to terminate your month to month agreement.

• User’s are responsible for their own driver.

• All rules and regulations will be strictly enforced by our on-site license Security Officers.
